ABB TA110DU-110 Thermal Overload Relay FAQ

The ABB TA110DU-110 has an adjustable current setting range from 80 A to 110 A, suitable for protecting medium to large motors against overload and phase failure. It features trip class 10A for standard motor starting conditions.

The relay supports up to 690 V AC in the main circuit and 500 V AC or 440 V DC in the auxiliary circuit. It offers a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 690 V and an impulse withstand voltage (Uimp) of 6 kV, ensuring strong dielectric strength.

It is a 3-pole thermal overload relay with one normally closed (NC) trip contact and one normally open (NO) signal contact. These provide clear tripping feedback and easy integration into control circuits.

The relay includes a trip-free mechanism, STOP and TEST functions, trip indication, and selectable manual or automatic reset. Temperature compensation ensures stable tripping under varying ambient conditions.
